The rapid spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) poses a great challenge to each and every one of us. However, in these uncertain times we can assure you that we will do everything to in our power to provide you with Connox's standard high quality online services.
As the situation is rapidly changing, we have set up an information page for you to keep up to date with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on your Connox purchase. We update this continuously.
Please note: If your place of residence is currently affected by delivery delays, we will continue to accept your orders and deliver them immediately as soon as the restrictions are lifted.
+++ 2020-04-03 With immediate effect, reduced maximum dimensions and weights apply in Italy for the dispatch of parcel shipments. In some cases, the shipping method may change after purchase. In this case, our colleagues from Customer Service will contact you personally and inform you.+++

Our protective measures to contain the Coronavirus:
- Majority of the Connox employees work from home since 03/16/2020
- Strictly separated shift system in the logistics center to keep the risk for the workforce as low as possible
- Hygiene measures have been tightened, compliance is consistently monitored
General notes on delivery:
Packaged goods: Parcel goods are sent as usual - but for your security without the recipient's signature.
Forwarding shipments: In order to protect you and the employees of our freight forwarding service providers, delivery is made by freight forwarders without physical contact. Delivery is therefore only made curbside.
Returns: You can return your packaged goods to us as usual within 30 days and request a return via your customer account. Unfortunately, for your safety and the safety of our employees, we are currently unable to collect freight forwarding goods. We ask for your understanding.
