Holger Strøm especially worked at the design of packaging out of folding cardboard since the late sixties. Besides packaging, he also developed exposition-systems, furniture and toys out of folding cardboard. Strøm furthermore worked with the development of parametric CAD-systems for packaging design.
Holger Strøm designed the today famous IQlight® System in the year 1973, a light concept for self-assembly, consisting of connected squares. The system makes it possible to create lamps in different forms and sizes, only by linking equal elements in different ways.
Holger Strøm lives together with his wife in Birkerød, Danmark today. From there he leads a small packaging design studio.
