Jan Kochański discovered his love for design when he was a child, where he played creatively in between of the objects of his parents. His father – a sculptor – and his mother – an architect – supported the creative work of their son, of course.
After studying ad the renowned Politecnico di Milano and an internship at the studio of the star designer Karim Rashid, Kochański founded his own studio in Warsaw.
Inventions and novelties fascinate Jan Kochański, who always tries to equip his products with details, that were never used before. The Polish designer therefore doesn’t reject any user’s friendliness and aesthetical qualities, but he tries to connect the innovations with these attributes inseparably.
With his designs, Jan Kochański proves that good design was established in east Europe a long time ago.
