Mother’s Day - To Honour all Mums in the World
All the mothers of the world are honoured on this one day. At least on one of the 365 days they should not have to take care of anything. Each year on the fourth Sunday in Lent, Mothering Sunday or Mother’s Day is celebrated in the United Kingdom.
Once observed as a day on which people would visit their "mother" church, it has become an occasion for honouring the mothers of children and giving them presents.
The day reminds us about one of the most important persons of our lives and about saying “thank you” to her. It is a day when mothers are freed of their housework. We usually offer a wonderful day to our mothers today. We have a breakfast together, go somewhere nice and spent time together or make her smile with a little present. Offer your mother a special day!
Mother’s Day Presents Saying “I am thankful, you are here!”
Say thank you – for drying tears and having some laughs, for the open ear at any time, for the right words at the right time, for a whole life of understanding, unstoppable encouraging, unconditional support and boundless love.
One of the most popular ways people celebrate Mother's Day is by giving their mother a card and bouquet of flowers. Do something more and present a bouquet in a pretty vase. Or fill up the breakfast table with a big breakfast near the bouquet – with the newest pieces of the Marimekko Oiva Räsymatto dishes series.
