Happy Lights - Fairy Lights in Fascinating Colours

Inspired by several joint trips around the world, the Belgian couple Ruth and Hendrik developed “Happy Lights”. Luminous, coloured balls out of wound yarn are composed to form fairy and pendant lights, which are available in different colours and colour combinations the world has to offer.

The veterinary and the architect love to travel, take photos and have a huge passion for living and decorating. By combining all these passions they collect fascinating impressions, take snapshots and use them for their own, favourite colour compositions of the fairy lights and lamps.

We make our favorites, inspired by places where we have been, by the colours of the world, by fascinating people and overwhelming nature. Ruth and Hendrik

Fair Handmade Manufacturing from Thailand

The chain of lights’ yarn balls are handmade by local employees in small workshops in Thailand. This typical Thai craftsmanship needs a lot of experience and skills to form such beautiful, round balls. They consist of a fine polyester yarn that is wound around small round balloons with glue.

Thanks to the fair payment, the workers are able to provide for their families at the best.
