Dyson calls the heaters Dyson Hot and Dyson Hot + Cool (AM04 and AM05) back in a voluntary move.

Only few incidents were counted from more than one million sold heaters of all over the world, where there was a short-circuit inside of the device. There were no injured or harmed people, no property damage, but Dyson considers safety as the main priority. That’s the reason why the British manufacturer calls back his AM04 and AM05 heaters voluntarily. Other Dyson devices aren’t affected.

The owners of a Dyson heater are possibly be contacted. Their devices will be picked up, controlled, improved, cleaned and given back to the users for free. Moreover there will be a 2 years guarantee for parts and performance.

You will be able to recognize if your device is affected by means of the serial number on www.dysonrecall.com. Please disconnect all the AM04 and AM05 heaters from their power supply immediately. Please let Dyson pick up all the AM04/AM05 you have afterwards.
