Veljekset Pattern for the 100th Anniversary
The Veljekset pattern by Marimekko designed by Maija Louekari. The Finnish word Veljekset translates to brothers. The pattern was inspired by Finnish folk tales and it depicts animals that live in the forests of Finland. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Finland’s independence, Marimekko presents a series of different fabrics for the kitchen, as well as blankets, bags and tableware, adorned with the Veljekset pattern.
The pattern depicts the beauty and diversity of Finnish nature. The kitchen accessories and textiles are collector pieces designed in an artistic way.
As part of the jubilee celebration of Finland’s independence, the products with the Veljekset pattern are available for a limited period of time only!
