Lamps collection in the style of Japanese lanterns
The lamps in Menu's Hashira collection are a modern interpretation of traditional Japanese rice paper lanterns. The lamps owe their name to the straight, cylindrical shape, because Hashira means column in Japanese. The light shines softly through the fine linen fabric, while at the same time the inner structure becomes visible through a slight shadow. Their simple expression has a calming effect on the ambience and makes for cosiness.
The collection includes table lamps, floor lamps and pendants.
