Chris Slutter designed the candlestick Tromp fort he Netherlands company Spectrum in the year 2008.

Tromp is an eye-catcher on the table, but also offers romantic light at a “Dinner for 2”. The candle holder consists of two parts: a short double arm and a long double arm that are simply plugged together. When it is not used, the two arms are easy and fast unassembled and stored space saving.

The Tromp candlestick is available in a strong, black lacquered edition or in a luxurious nickel variant.

Chris Slutter (1972) graduated at the Applied Arts and Design Academy AKI in Enschede in 1997. Three years later Chris Slutter moved to Amsterdam, where he founded his own design office. Designer Chris Slutter
