With this bar stool by Konstantin Grcic, there is nothing non-innovative. Contrasting, a common bar stool is a collection of components and materials. Miura has enough with only one component. And this is not any material: reinforced injection moulding polypropylene is weightless, resistant and, equally important is: it is not expensive. With this unique, edged and at first sight uncomfortable grace, Miura is a star in the provocation oeuvre of Konstantin Grcic, a man, whose ideas have inspired many of his design colleagues. In contrast to many others, Grcic does not only pay attention to forms: the chair is wonderful comfortable and moreover stackable.
