Charles Ghost Stool

Ghost Stool by Philippe Starck

When designing the Charles Ghost Stool for Kartell , Philippe Starck drew inspiration from 1 9. -century seating. The legs are rounded and gently curved, embodying the archetype of the classic stool.

Sturdy and durable, resistant to impacts and scratches

The Charles Ghost is technologically innovative; it is manufactured seamlessly in a single piece using injection molding—a bold application of polycarbonate. Despite its delicate and transparent appearance, Charles Ghost is extremely stable and durable, impact- and scratch-resistant, and weather-resistant. This makes the Kartell stool suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Available in various heights and stackable

It is available in three different heights: as a casual seat for in-between moments, as a counter stool (H 65 cm) for the kitchen counter, or as a bar stool (H 75 cm). Up to 7 stools can be stacked on top of each other. A truly unique piece of furniture with plenty of charisma and remarkable aesthetic appeal that blends into any living space or public area with a touch of both elegance and playfulness. The Charles Ghost stool by Philippe Starck for Kartell is available in various transparent and opaque colors.
