1. Seat shells: 3 shapes
The Muuto Fiber Chair is available with three different seat shells to suit a range of tastes and needs. The Side Chair without armrests works well at a desk at home, while the Armchair version with armrests can be used at a dining table, for example. The Lounge Chair has a wider, deeper seat, making it a comfortable place to relax.
2. Bases for Fiber Side Chair
The seat shells are available with different bases to suit where you plan to use the chair. The Muuto Fiber Side Chair comes with a choice of seven types, including classic four-legged bases in wood or metal, sled bases and swivel bases with or without castors.
3. Bases for Fiber Armchair
The Fiber Armchair is available with six different bases. Choose from wooden or metal bases, as well as sled or swivel bases with or without castors.
4. Bases for Fiber Lounge Chair
The Fiber Lounge Chair is available with two bases: a four-legged version in metal or wood.
5. Base materials
Fiber Chair bases are available in wood or metal. The wooden bases are made from oak and come in a choice of finishes. The metal legs are made from chrome-plated or powder-coated steel in different colours.
6. Seat shell colours
The Fiber Chair seat shells are available in five colours and are made from 25% wood fibre, 70% polypropylene and 5% coloured PP.
7. Upholstery for Fiber Chair
All Fiber Chair models are available without upholstery or with full upholstery. The Fiber Armchair is also available with front upholstery. A separate seat cushion is available for all versions without upholstery.
8. Upholstery fabrics
All upholstered Fiber Chairs can be ordered in a choice of textiles or leather. Options include fabrics by Kvadrat, Wooly fabrics and premium leather.
9. Fiber stools
Alongside the Fiber Chairs, Muuto also offers a Fiber Stool series with a range of stools and bar stools. These are also available with different seat shells, upholstery options and bases.
