Fritz Hansen - Skagerak Cutter Folding seat

Space-saving folding seat for the wall

The Cutter folding seat for the wall is part of the well-known Cutter -series, which Skagerak developed together with the Danish designer Niels Hvass. The collection stands for minimalist design with strong functional aspirations and is clearly influenced by the German Bauhaus. For places where there is too little space for the Cutter bench or the Cutter for the bench or the stool, the Cutter folding seat creates new space where there was none before. Clear shapes, honest materials and a minimalist design make the folding seat a timeless piece of furniture for modern living spaces. As a wall-mounted folding seat, it offers a particularly space-saving solution: when required, it can simply be folded down and used as a practical seat, for example when putting on shoes in the hallway. When not in use, it disappears inconspicuously against the wall. High-quality wood and careful workmanship underline the durable, calm character of this functional design classic.
