The Helix Lemon squeezer from Joseph Joseph is perfect for juicing lemons and limes. But also all other citrus fruits are juiced with the Helix press slightly expressed. Thanks to the small opening, the cores also remain in the press.
Optimum force distribution and dishwasher safe
Unlike vertical presses, the Helix Press pressed horizontally by means of a rotating mechanism. The force comes from the shoulder and is optimally distributed to evenly squeeze the citrus fruits. The 2-part press is made of stainless steel and nylon. Both parts are dishwasher safe and therefore easy to clean.
In addition to the lemon squeezer from Joseph Joseph , the Helix collection also includes a potato ricer and a garlic press, which operate with the same ergonomic rotating mechanism.
