Design table lamp with organic, flowing shapes
Nessino is the reinterpreted and updated version of the famous Nesso table lamp from the Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide . The design of the lamp comes from Giancarlo Mattioli and Gruppo architetti urbanisti citta nuova.
The classic table lamp Nesso was already awarded the 1. prize at a design competition in Milan in 1965. The new interpretation Nessino brilliantly expresses the modern spirit of the 1960s. The roundish and organic design of the lamp evokes associations with a mushroom.
Nessino Provides direct and diffused light. Through the mushroom head, the light penetrates colored to the outside, while downward it shines directly on the base. The body and shade of the lamp are made of polycarbonate. Nessino Is operated with four bulbs, so that the entire shade of the lamp illuminates.
The Nessino Table lamp from Artemide is available in various colors. Transparent, it provides a glimpse into its inner workings.
