From antiques dealer to designer
Jonas Trampedach was born in Denmark in 1974 and worked as an antiques dealer for many years. He has a broad knowledge of design, which also benefited him during his studies at the design school in Denmark. In 2009, Trampedach completed his master's in product design at the Royal College of Art in London in the UK, under leading figures such as Ron Arad, Luke Pearson and Michael Marriott.
Since 2010, Jonas Trampedach has worked mainly in product and furniture design from his studio in Copenhagen in Denmark, which he shares with other designers in "Atelier September". For the Danish company Kähler Design, he designed the simple, elegant Ora wall clock, made from ceramic.
