Tecnolumen

4 products

Tecnolumen was founded by Walter Schnepel in Bremen in Germany in 1980. At first, it produced just one light: the world-famous Wilhelm Wagenfeld WA24 table lamp. Professor Wilhelm Wagenfeld designed the lamp in 1924, during the Bauhaus era.

Over the years, Tecnolumen added further Bauhaus products to its range, including designs by Bauhaus designers such as Gyula Pap, Hans Przyrembel and Marianne Brandt. The range grew to include not only design lights but also door handles, small furniture and home accessories.

However, Tecnolumen offers not only products by well-known Bauhaus designers of that era but also designs by "contemporary" designers such as Günter Leuchtmann, Günter Wermekes, Dieter Rams, Vincenz Warnke, Ninus Tatari Yoash, Thomas Schultz, Benedict Tonon, Designgroup ZENO, P. Schnorrenberger, W. Schnepel and N. Voigtländer-Tetzner.

Today, Tecnolumen is one of the leading manufacturers of products designed in the Bauhaus era. The company is known for the high manufacturing quality of its products.
