On this page you'll find current Connox vouchers and discounts.

Please note that our voucher codes usually come with conditions. Vouchers may have a minimum order value, below which the discount will not be applied, and/or a time limit. Please first check the value of your order and the expiry date of your voucher. Vouchers may also exclude certain products or brands.

Please also note that only one voucher may be redeemed per order. It is not possible to apply multiple voucher codes or vouchers with other discounts. Only one voucher can be redeemed per customer. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Connox vouchers can only be redeemed in conjunction with an order. It is not possible to redeem a voucher after making a purchase, e.g. on a billed amount. The conditions of the voucher still apply in the event of returns, i.e. if the above conditions (e.g. minimum order value) are no longer met, the voucher is then also invalid. The voucher may not be made public or used commercially in any other way. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

Connox Voucher Types

There are three different types of vouchers. First, there are vouchers for fixed amounts that you can use to receive a fixed amount as a discount. There are also percentage vouchers, with which you can obtain a certain percentage discounted off your total order. Furthermore, there are vouchers with free items, with which you can get a free product as part of your order.

Please note: Only one voucher can be used per order!

Redeeming Connox Vouchers

There are two different ways to redeem vouchers: Vouchers can either be added to your basket directly via a link, or you might have to enter a voucher code. For the latter, you must go to your basket and enter the Connox voucher code in the relevant field before clicking ‘Add voucher’. The Connox voucher should then be displayed on its own line in the basket.

My Voucher Was Not Accepted. Why?

Voucher codes come partly with conditions. On one hand, vouchers may be subject to a certain minimum order value, on the other, they may have a limited validity. Please first check the value of your order and the expiry date of your voucher. Furthermore, some vouchers may exclude certain products or brands.
