Order tracking

If you've ordered something from the Connox shop that is being sent by DHL or Hermes, you can track your parcel on the carrier's website. This lets you see where your parcel is and check its current status.

You'll be redirected to a dedicated DHL / Hermes page where you can view the current status of your parcel.

To track your parcel, please enter the tracking code from your shipping confirmation email in the form. Please don't use any spaces.

DHL tracking is also available for international shipments. In this case, simply enter your DHL tracking code in the field provided. You won't need a postcode.

For deliveries within Germany, we send you the DHL tracking code in the "Your order is on its way" email. You can check the status within Germany at any time here.

Once your order has left Germany, this code (image no. 1) is no longer valid and changes. In the same place, you'll also find the international tracking code (image no. 2) and the link to your national parcel carrier (image no. 3). Follow the link to continue tracking your parcel.
