Original 1227 Mini Ceramic Wall Sconce

Elegant Porcelain Wall Sconce

The Original 1227 Mini Ceramic Wall Sconce is an elegant reinterpretation of the classic English design. It is crafted from the finest bone china. With its subtle light transmission, it provides the most elegant lighting in any room and can be easily adjusted to the desired angle.
The 1227 from Anglepoise combines unmatched functionality with classic, timeless design and was created by British designer George Carwardine.

Design Classic from England

George Carwardine’s 1227 lamp design remains unmatched to this day. In the 1930s, the British automotive engineer made use of a new type of spring. He developed a lamp modeled after the human arm, adjustable without the use of screws.
The result—the Original 1227 Anglepoise lamp—combines flexibility and stability like no other lamp thanks to its free-floating design.
The Original 1227 lamp is available in many different sizes, mounting options, and colors.
