Description
Daybed 710 The was designed
by Alvar Aalto in
1935. Aalto was considered the most famous Finnish modernist designer and, together with his wife, founded the company Artek , which continues to sell the daybed to this day. The 710 daybed features a minimalist design and captivates with its clean, inviting lines. The curved wood developed by Aalto is also used in the construction of the Daybed 710 , clearly bearing the designer’s signature.A guest bed and sofa in one
Artek offers the Daybed 710 in clear-lacquered birch with a slatted base. A matching mattress is either included in the package or available separately. Upon request, the upholstery is available with various covers, as well as with custom fabric covers. This allows the single bed to be used as a cozy guest sofa or daybed.
