Tray with Hand-Drawn Lines
The " Rivi " tray by Artek features a striking pattern designed by brothers Ronan & amp; Erwan Bouroullec. The hand-drawn parallel lines, inspired by a sketch, adorn the tray—made of plywood and paper—which is available in various sizes and colors.Pattern by Ronan & amp; Erwan Bouroullec
The tray is part of a series of objects adorned with the two brothers’ precise yet playful motif. Rivi —Finnish for “line”—represents the parallel lines and extends them in both directions to infinity. The pattern is the first design by Ronan & & Erwan Bouroullec for Artek . The “ Rivi ” series includes textile accessories such as pillows, pouches, and linen bags, as well as the silkscreen-printed trays.
