Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your country and the delivery method. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times (from when your order is ready for dispatch)

• Parcel: approx. 2 working days within Germany, up to 10 working days to other countries
• Bulky items: approx. 5 working days within Germany, up to 15 working days to other countries
• Freight delivery: approx. 14 working days within Germany, approx. 3–4 weeks to other countries

Returns
If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within our extended 60-day returns period.

• Faulty or defective items: return shipping is free of charge.
• Parcel returns: €5 return fee.
• Freight returns: €150 collection fee.
