Description
Wooden Chair by Hans J. Wegner
The CH30P chair was designed by Hans J. Wegner as early as 1954 and embodies the designer’s ongoing quest for the perfect chair. His unmistakable style is clearly evident in the chair: organic forms and exceptional craftsmanship define the design and make the CH30P chair a timelessly stylish piece of furniture.Refined Details and High-Quality Craftsmanship
Refined details such as the cross-shaped mortise-and-tenon joints on the backrest or the curved struts round out the chair’s overall appearance and underscore its high-quality craftsmanship. The CH30P chair offers comfort thanks to its slight recline, the curved backrest, and the padded seat. This makes it perfect for spending pleasant hours in the chair.Fabric or leather upholstery
Carl Hansen is reintroducing the chair—manufactured according to the original workshop drawings—to the market after a hiatus of several years. The chair is now just 2 cm taller than the original model to meet modern standards. The CH30P chair is crafted from oak or walnut. The upholstered seat is available with either fabric or leather upholstery.
