The Mantis BS1 floor lamp from DCW is a design by the English sculptor and designer Bernard Schottlander from 195 1. . Also active as an engineer, Schottlander plays with counterweights in his design, thus creating a uniquely light-looking floor lamp that appears almost like a floating acrobat.Rotatable lampshade
The Mantis BS1 floor lamp is made of steel, aluminium and brass, creating an industrial look. Your shade can be rotated 360° and thus offers the possibility of direct as well as indirect lighting. Perfect for the living room, where the floor lamp can serve as a reading lamp and ambient light at the same time. The Mantis BS1 floor lamp is part of DCW's Mantis range, which also includes table lamps, wall lamps and ceiling lamps.
