Description

Mobile - An Abstract Interplay

The "Kontrapunkt" mobile was designed by the family-owned company Flensted Mobiles by Ole, Christine Kit, and Aase Flensted . As a musical term & #039;Counterpoint & #039; is defined & #039;as the combination of two or more independent melodies into a single harmonious piece of music, in which each retains its linear character & #039;. The mobile thus symbolizes family collaboration in Flensted Mobiles and symbolizes creative collaboration. Mobiles uniquely embody the interplay of air, material, colors, and shapes. It’s not just children who are fascinated by this dynamic interplay. Observing the gentle and sensuous movements also has a calming effect on adults and opens up space for new ideas and creativity. The Kontrapunkt Mobile is available in two versions—with black or natural-colored wooden balls.
