The Luce Sferica LED pendant lamp, designed by Ronan Bouroullec, is a modular pendant lamp that combines technical sophistication with sensual materiality. Its horizontal housing, made of polished, extruded aluminum, houses two powerful LED strips that gently emit light upward and downward. An integrated touch dimmer allows for independent control of the light intensity on both sides, creating a customizable lighting ambiance—from bright task lighting to atmospheric room lighting.The fixture is encircled by a sequence of hand-blown, transparent glass spheres, separated from one another by delicate spacers. This rhythmic arrangement lends the fixture a floating lightness and makes it a sculptural highlight of contemporary lighting design, whether installed individually or in rows.
