Classic Shelving Unit by Paul McCobb
The " Planner " shelving unit by Fritz Hansen combines graphic aesthetics with an elegant look. Designed in 1949 by Paul McCobb, a pioneer of contemporary design, the timeless design breathes new life into this multifunctional piece and uniquely blends classic forms with modernity.Made of powder-coated steel and oak veneer
Inspired by the Bauhaus, this shelf features a powder-coated steel frame with a matte finish. The joints are hand-welded and slightly rounded to create a soft impression. Diagonally arranged bars provide additional support and convey a sense of dynamism. The shelves are made of oak veneer, with beveled edges that fit seamlessly into the frame. Named for its ability to help shape the look of a room, this simple yet striking shelf is available in three versions, each offered in different heights and configurations.
