Marble Bookend

The Arkis bookend from Gejst is no ordinary bookend. It consists of three marble pieces that stand out as works of art thanks to their sculptural form. Arkis So it not only keeps books in place, but is also ideal as a decorative piece on a shelf, a dresser, or a windowsill. The design was inspired by the many arches of Classicism and Neoclassicism, taking the stunning Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana in Rome as its model. To achieve greater depth, the Golden Ratio was used, which becomes apparent only when the objects are combined. When placed together, the scaling creates extraordinary visual effects through the objects. Arkis It can be arranged flexibly as a set of three or placed separately. The bookend is made of marble and is available in two different colors.
