The Cut & & Carve Bamboo from Joseph Joseph is a heavy and sturdy bamboo cutting board that’s ideal for preparing and cutting meat, bread, and vegetables. The area in the center of the board ensures safe cutting by holding food in place and preventing it from slipping.

Non-slip with a slanted cutting surface

In addition, the board features a slightly slanted cutting surface to catch meat juices and bread crumbs. The corners make it easy to pour off excess liquid. Recessed handles make it easy to carry, and non-slip feet keep the cutting board in place. The board also stands out thanks to the “ Joseph Joseph ” stainless steel emblem on the front. After use, the cutting board should be rinsed by hand and wiped dry. Soaking is not recommended.
