First, it’s Twist a spatula and cooking spoon: In its flat setting, it’s ideal for preparing sauces or working with flat pans. The silicone-coated, heat-resistant steel wires of the Twist whisk are perfect for scraping and stirring to prevent food from sticking. With a simple twist of the handle, the Joseph Joseph Twist into an effective “standard” whisk, just like the ones you’re familiar with. This lets you whip cream or beat egg whites, or stir yogurt, for example. All parts of the Twist whisk can be easily taken apart and cleaned. Of course, this kitchen tool is also dishwasher-safe. After use, the Joseph Joseph Twist whisk simply folds flat and fits into any drawer.
