The Base Karup ’s sofa bed Design, designed by the Danish architectural firm C.F. Møller Architects, was developed specifically for compact living spaces such as apartments and studios. Inspired by the multifunctional everyday life of Generation Z, it supports a wide variety of activities—from reading and streaming to relaxed evenings with friends. The intuitive transformation from sofa to bed makes this sleeper sofa particularly practical for everyday use and highly versatile. Depending on your needs, the Base sofa bed is available with or without storage modules. The modules can be used open or with lids and offer practical storage space for books, magazines, plants, or decorations. The pine wood frame emphasizes the natural character of the design, while the thick, padded futon mattress offers a high level of comfort for both sitting and lying down. Different color combinations allow for customization to suit your personal living style. Due to the handcrafted production process, there may be slight variations in dimensions and weight.
