Cushions for Bertoia Diamond Lounger (Indoor)

Whether chromed, satin chromed or with plastic coating (Rilsan-protection coating): the wire mesh of the Harry Bertoia designed and Knoll produced Diamond Chair served as inspiration for generations of growing young designers. Already designed in 1953 by Harry Bertoia, the Bertoia Diamond Lounger is and will be a fascinating study of bent round steel and an icon among seating furniture. The Diamond Chair by Bertoia appears in many collections of famous design museums today. It has a classic, modern design that enlarges every surrounding. Its filigree shaping reminds of a sculpture, more than a lounger, however, the Diamond Chair is extremely comfortable and fulfils all practical demands of seating furniture. The Diamond Lounger becomes even more comfortable by the cushions – especially designed for this chair. This one is offered by the Knoll company with different fabrics as well as in a vinyl edition. Besides the common Kvadrat-fabrics, cushions are also realizable with leather and with individual textiles.
