Tray with an iconic floral pattern

Since 1964, Maija Isola’s Unikko pattern has captivated people with its vibrant colors, dynamic shapes, and simple lines—and it has lost none of its charm to this day. Marimekko ’s bold floral pattern is known worldwide and has become an icon of Finnish design, appearing on a wide variety of home accessories. In 2009, Maija Isola’s daughter, Kristina Isola, scaled down the floral pattern. The tray is also adorned with the Mini Unikko pattern and, thanks to its cheerful colors, adds a fresh touch to any setting. The tray is ideal for serving and arranging small snacks or can serve as a decorative element in the kitchen or living area. Spices, oils, or other everyday items can be stylishly arranged on it to show them off to their best advantage. Marimekko crafts the round Mini Unikko tray from birch plywood, which is why hand washing is recommended.
