Description

Rounded Lounge Chair Made of Oak Veneer

Visu is the result of a design process that took nearly two years: With Visu, “ Muuto ” presents a lounge chair that is clean and understated without appearing unimaginative. It is the details that set designer Mika Tolvanen’s “ Visu Lounge Chair ” apart: every edge, every curve, and the interplay of forms were meticulously refined through a painstaking process until Muuto and Mika Tolvanen were 100% satisfied. The Finnish designer says of his Visu: & “The goal was to create a personal interpretation of the classic plywood chair. I wanted to design a chair that is understated, timeless, and ergonomic without appearing boring. & ” Muuto ’s Visu collection includes not only the unupholstered version but also an upholstered version of the Visu Lounge Chair, as well as a dining chair and conference chair with a sled base. We’re excited to see which models will follow.
