Heat-Resistant Felt Trivet

myfelt ’s trivet is made from high-quality virgin wool that has been processed into felt. The material thus offers particularly practical properties that are especially important in the kitchen. Thanks to its heat, stain, and water resistance, delicate table surfaces are protected from unsightly stains. Hot pots can be placed on the table with the trivet without any problems, without having to worry about burn marks. Made up of numerous felt balls, this little kitchen helper also adds a natural touch to the dining and kitchen tables.

Handcrafted Wool

The pot coasters, like the rugs from myfelt , are made from 100% New Zealand virgin wool, which is among the highest quality in the world. At the rug factory in Nepal, the untreated wool is combed and washed several times. The subsequent felting process is the most labor-intensive step. Each individual ball is handcrafted through several stages to achieve its final shape. The finished balls are then sewn together using a knotting technique specially developed by myfelt to create the final product.

Care & amp; Cleaning

Due to the environmentally friendly dyeing method, myfelt products may only be dry-cleaned. Water-based and chemical cleaning can cause color changes.
