Floor Lamp for Moments in Nature
The Acorn Northern ’s floor lamp brings the heavenly air of Nordic forests into the living space. Designed by the multi-award-winning designer Atle Tveit, the floor lamp embodies—both in its appearance and in its function and effect—the designer’s source of inspiration: the forests of his homeland. This modern and whimsical floor lamp features a base that resembles the sturdy trunk of an oak tree, crowned with a lampshade that evokes the shape of an empty acorn cup. The lamp emits warm light downward and is intended to mimic the natural experience of being beneath a canopy of trees. & “With its own unique character, the Acorn floor lamp will be a natural addition to the family. I have a favorite reading chair that I use as often as possible, and I’m looking forward to seeing the Acorn floor lamp standing next to it. & ” —Atle Tveit
