Description

Woman with Hat Poster

The motif of Mikael Siirilä’s “ Girl and Hat ” poster is reminiscent of Japanese minimalist photography from the 1970s. The Finnish darkroom artist uses the photographer’s perspective as the primary focus when creating compositions and employs close-ups to enhance the sense of presence in his work. The beautiful, versatile use of focal length and traditional silver gelatin creates depth and texture. The poster is manufactured in Denmark under the Swan certification system.
