Description

Sculptural table lamp with architectural character

The FCK table lamp from Serax is a radically reduced design object by French designer Frédérick Gautier, which is inspired by the clarity of brutalism and modern architecture. The luminaire consists of just two elements - a horizontal and a vertical line - and thus consistently brings the idea of "less is more" to the point. Made from concrete or metal, the table lamp impresses with its raw, slightly irregular surface, which deliberately emphasizes the character of the material. This purist approach creates an exciting contrast to the warm light and gives the object a strong, almost sculptural presence in the room. With its clear geometry, the FCK table lamp is ideal for desks, sideboards or shelves. It not only acts as a functional light source, but also as an architectural statement for minimalist and design-oriented interiors.
