Self-Watering Flower Pot Made from a Wine Bottle
The “ Self Watering Bottle ” flower pot from side by side is, as the name suggests, a self-watering flower pot made from a real, two-part wine bottle. The lower part of the bottle serves as a water reservoir, while the upper part holds the plant. Here’s how the watering system works: A wick hangs through the bottle neck, continuously drawing water into the soil and eliminating the need for daily watering. A cloth connected to the wick prevents soil from crumbling through the bottle neck.Produced at the Caritas Workshop
This unique flower pot looks modern and eye-catching on any dining table, windowsill, or side table. It was designed by Jette Scheib and produced at the Caritas Wendelstein Workshops in Raubling.
