Smeg's kitchen machines are not only ideal for kneading dough, they can also be used to produce pasta in no time at all with the matching stainless steel attachments. Simply mounted on the front attachment, the previously kneaded dough can easily be formed into noodles. The pasta roller helps to roll out dough sheets up to 140 mm wide. Thanks to a practical rotary lever, the desired dough thickness can be set in 10 steps. Perfect for preparing fresh lasagne plates.
