All Plastic Chair

All Plastic Chair by Jasper Morrison

The APC— All Plastic Chair —by Vitra —is reminiscent at first glance of the simple, classic wooden chairs that have been familiar in Europe for many decades. The chair takes up this typology and significantly advances it in terms of both expression and functionality through the use of a new material. The chair was designed by Jasper Morrison, who is known for his simple designs stripped down to the essentials. This design language is also reflected All Plastic Chair .

Plastic chair with adjustable backrest

What makes this chair special: While the frame is made of rigid polypropylene, the seat and backrest adapt ergonomically to the user’s body. In addition, the backrest is connected to the frame via a pivot and rubber buffers, allowing it to gently follow the user’s movement when they lean back. As a result, despite its durable material, the chair is extremely flexible and offers exceptional seating comfort at the dining table or desk.

Chair for indoor & amp; outdoor

use Thanks to the use of high-quality, light- and water-resistant plastics, the All Plastic Chair a sturdy and durable chair suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is ideal for use at a private dining table as well as in cafés, restaurants, and other public spaces.

Two-Tone Color Combination

A visual highlight is created by the use of two different plastics: The All Plastic Chair chair is available in “two-tone” color combinations, in which the frame is always a few shades darker than the seat and backrest. This interplay of colors gives the chair a distinctive look and places its classic basic form in a contemporary context.
