Description
Free-swinging tubular steel classic from Thonet
The S 32 chair by Thonet is a design by Marcel Breuer from the 1930s. The cantilever chair is a classic, influenced by the Bauhaus movement and one of the first tubular steel furniture of the 20. century.
As part of the Thonet range, the high-quality processed chair inspires with different material combinations of steel tube with a covering of tubular mesh with transparent, stable plastic support fabric, mesh fabric or upholstered and covered with leather or fabric.

Due to its aesthetic reduction and clarity, the S 32 fits into many private and public areas: Conference rooms, waiting areas, restaurants or even in your own dining room or study. The tubular steel frame is available in chrome-plated or colored lacquer, and the wooden parts are made of stained beech or oiled walnut. The covering with tubular mesh in various colors is supported by a plastic fabric, which provides stability.
The Thonet cantilever chair is available in another version with armrest under the model number S 64 in different variants.
