As one of the leading figures of Swedish design, Nina Jobs strives for simplicity and clear, natural shapes. Having already gained some experience in graphic design, she went on to study product design at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in France.
Since graduating, Nina Jobs has worked with internationally known companies as well as smaller Swedish ones, such as H&M, IKEA and Design House Stockholm.
Together with the Swedish government, she has organised exhibitions to showcase Swedish design abroad. She explains the lasting success of Swedish design like this: "We're very good at picking up on trends quickly. While the mantra used to be 'form follows function', today it's no longer just about purely functional mass-produced goods – design can and may be so much more, even simply beautiful!"
