Terms of entry: Win your order as a newsletter subscriber

1. Organiser

The prize draw is organised by Connox GmbH, Krauss-Maffei-Str. 3, 30880 Laatzen, Germany.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany, Austria, Belgium or the Netherlands, are subscribed to the Connox newsletter during the promotional period and place an order in the Connox online shop. Employees of Connox GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Promotional period

The prize draw starts on 9 October 2026 and ends on 19 October 2026 at 23:59.

4. Prize & winner selection

10 orders will be drawn at random from all qualifying orders placed by active newsletter subscribers during the promotional period. The refund amount is equal to the actual invoice amount of the order drawn. Only one order per subscriber with a minimum order value of €200 counts as a qualifying order.

5. Cancellations and withdrawals

Orders that are cancelled or returned in full before or at the time of the draw will not be included in the draw. In the case of a partial return, the prize is reduced accordingly to the remaining invoice amount.

6. Notification & processing

Winners will be notified by email within 14 working days of the end of the promotional period. The prize will be refunded automatically to the original payment method used for the order within 14 days of notification. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or transferred.

7. Early termination & exclusion

Connox GmbH reserves the right to amend, suspend or end the prize draw early at any time in the event of misuse, manipulation or technical faults.

8. Data protection & legal recourse

You can find information on how we process your personal data in our privacy policy. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
