. The designer drew inspiration for the line from the clean and graceful Japanese design language. The name of the series is derived from the Latin word *edere*, meaning “to eat,” and is also the ancient name of the Japanese capital, Tokyo. This nonstick pan is perfect for cooking steaks, sauces, and fried eggs for any meal, making it a constant and useful companion in the kitchen.Made of 18/10 stainless steel; suitable for all stovetops
The pan is available in various sizes and is made of 18/10stainless steel
. The long handle is also made of 18/10 stainless steel and features a brown PVD coating. The magnetic base is made of steel and is suitable for all common stovetops, including induction. Thanks to its elegant design—typical of the Edo series of pots and pans—the pan doesn’t have to be tucked away in a kitchen cabinet after cooking and frying.
