Plissé Hand Blender

Hand Blender Set with a Pleated-Look Container

The Plissé hand blender from Alessi is available in two versions: As a hand blender with a tall mixing container (700 ml) or as a set consisting of the hand blender, the tall mixing container, a whisk attachment, and a multi-chopper with a small container (350 ml). 500 watts and two speed settings ensure smooth sauces, finely ground nuts, or fluffy whipped cream. No matter what dish you’re preparing, the versatile hand blender from Alessi is the perfect kitchen helper and makes baking and cooking a joy. Conveniently, all containers feature non-slip bases and are dishwasher-safe. The housings of both models—a hallmark of the Plissé collection—are adorned with vertical grooves, creating an elegant look that’s sure to catch the eye on any kitchen counter. These design pieces were created by Michele De Lucchi.
