"Savon du Chef" is the name of this seemingly unremarkable object shaped like a clove of garlic, which Fred Gooris (in consultation with Fabrice Leclerc) designed for Alessi . Both the name and the shape are right up the alley of the “ & ” “Chef’s Soap &,” because when you rub your hands with the matte stainless steel soap under running water, all the unpleasant odors left behind from cooking are removed. Goodbye to garlic, onions, and other unpleasant smells! Thanks to its harmonious, natural shape, Savon du Chef not only fits into any kitchen setting but is also extremely functional. The Savon du Chef deodorizing soap is also ideal for cleaning fingernails: the tip makes it easy to remove residue painlessly.
