The Knit coat rack HAY was designed by Japanese designer Jin Kuramoto exclusively for HAY . Its structure is a real standout: a three-dimensional form created by interlocking three steel tubes, resulting in a sturdy yet stylish and iconic design. The high-gloss finish gives the coat rack a shimmering effect that sets it apart from the rest of the furniture in any hallway, bedroom, or public space. Inspired by the texture of materials and the feel of surfaces, Jin Kuramoto creates his initial designs by hand. The Knit Coat rack is made of powder-coated steel and is available in various finishes.
