Ergonomic chair with steel legs

The Soft Edge 45 HAY ’s chair is part of the Soft Edge series designed by the Iskos-Berlin design duo and, like all pieces in the collection, impresses with its outstanding quality, ergonomic design, and minimalist aesthetic.

Seat and backrest made of polypropylene

The chair’s seat and

backrest

are made

of

polypropylene—as the “P” in the name suggests. The plastic has been molded into an ergonomic shape characterized by gentle curves and edges that are rounded away from the body. This allows the chair to adapt perfectly to the human body, enabling long periods of comfortable sitting.

Stackable chair

The design is complemented by the linear steel base, which lends the overall appearance an industrial charm and thus integrates seamlessly into a wide variety of settings. Another practical feature: When the chair is not in use, up to 10 Soft Edge 45 chairs can be easily stacked to save space. This simply designed chair is available in various colors that can be beautifully combined with one another or with other Soft Edge seating furniture, offering comfort and aesthetic appeal in both home settings and public spaces.
